Frequently asked questions
Which products does the subscription include?
Every paid single product in the marketplace. The annual plan also includes bundles: downloading one counts as one download of each included product you didn't have yet. Free products are not included.
What license do downloads have?
An Extended license while your subscription is active. When it ends, the products you downloaded switch to a Commercial license and you keep access to them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from "My subscription" and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you ask within the first 48 hours and haven't downloaded any product with the subscription.
How do designers earn from the subscription?
Part of each payment goes into a pool that's split every day among designers based on each subscriber's downloads.
