Overview
Last updated October 6 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how GoDesignsMarket LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit godesignsmarket.com, create an account, buy or download content, become a designer or affiliate, join a membership, contact support, or otherwise use the service.
GoDesignsMarket LLC, 256 Chapman Rd, STE 105-4, Newark, Delaware 19702, United States, is the controller or business responsible for the processing described here unless another notice says otherwise. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@godesignsmarket.com.
1 Information we collect
Account and identity information includes name, username, email, encrypted authentication credentials, language, country, account role, Google sign-in identifiers, verification status, and security settings. Designer and affiliate information may include legal or business name, address, payout account identifiers, identity-verification results, store details, tax information when required, and program records.
Transaction information includes cart, products, license, membership, coupon, points, amount, currency, tax, billing address, order, receipt, refund, dispute, Wallet, reserve, earnings, and withdrawal records. Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, or another provider processes full payment or payout credentials; GoDesignsMarket generally receives tokens, provider identifiers, brand, last four digits, expiration, and status rather than full card or account credentials.
Content information includes products, files, previews, descriptions, AI disclosures, translations, store profiles, product groups, reviews, responses, reports, support communications, complaint evidence, and attachments. Public profile, store, product, review, and designer-response information is visible to other users and search engines as appropriate.
Device and usage information includes IP address, browser, device, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, referral source, pages, searches, filters, clicks, cart events, downloads, authentication events, cookie identifiers, diagnostic logs, and fraud or security signals.
We receive information directly from you, automatically from your device, from payment and identity providers, from Google when you choose Google sign-in, from designers or buyers involved in a transaction or complaint, from affiliates, and from lawful public or rights-holder sources.
2 Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; authenticate users; process orders, memberships, payments, taxes, refunds, payouts, points, and coupons; deliver downloads and licenses; operate stores and affiliate tracking; provide support; communicate transaction and policy information; prevent fraud and abuse; moderate content; investigate intellectual-property claims; maintain records; improve accessibility and performance; and comply with law.
Where GDPR or similar law applies, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, take requested precontract steps, comply with legal obligations, protect vital interests, pursue legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and enforcement, or act on consent for optional analytics and marketing. We balance legitimate interests against user rights and provide choices where required.
We may use purchase and on-site activity to recommend relevant content within GoDesignsMarket. We do not currently use cross-site behavioral advertising, sell personal information for money, or share it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable US state laws. If that practice changes, we will update this Policy and provide required controls before it begins.
3 Google sign-in
If you choose Sign in with Google, Google provides the identifiers and profile information covered by the permission screen, normally your name, email, profile image, and account identifier. We use this information only to create, link, authenticate, and secure your GoDesignsMarket account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or unrelated Google data for ordinary sign-in.
You may disconnect Google after adding another supported sign-in method. Disconnecting does not automatically delete the GoDesignsMarket account or records we must retain. Google's own processing is governed by its policies.
4 When we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers that help with hosting, content delivery, security, storage, domain services, analytics, email, customer support, identity verification, payment, payout, tax, fraud prevention, and professional advice. Current core providers may include Cloudflare, Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Google, and the selected customer-support provider. They receive information appropriate to their function and are subject to contractual or legal duties.
We disclose transaction information between buyer and designer only as needed to fulfill the transaction, administer rights, provide support, and meet tax or legal duties. Designers do not receive full payment credentials or unnecessary buyer contact information. Public content is disclosed according to the settings and nature of the service.
We may disclose information to authorities, courts, rights holders, payment networks, advisers, or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or infringement, respond to valid process, or establish and defend claims. Copyright notices and counter-notices may be shared with the uploader and complainant.
If the business is involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer, information may be disclosed under safeguards and transferred as part of the transaction. We do not permit a buyer to disregard this Policy for previously collected data.
5 International transfers
GoDesignsMarket is based in the United States and serves users internationally where lawful. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws.
Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, contractual clauses, provider certifications, or legally permitted derogations, together with supplementary safeguards when appropriate. Users may contact us for information about the applicable mechanism, subject to confidentiality and security limitations.
6 Cookies analytics and marketing
We use necessary technologies for sign-in, security, consent, language, cart, checkout, downloads, and fraud prevention. With consent where required, we intend to use Google Analytics to understand aggregated service use and performance. Analytics will be configured without advertising signals or remarketing at launch and will not load before required consent.
Marketing email is optional. Messages use accurate sender information, identify GoDesignsMarket, include the business postal address, and provide an unsubscribe method. Opting out of marketing does not stop receipts, security notices, membership messages, payout updates, or other service communications. We retain a limited suppression record to respect an opt-out.
The Cookies Policy provides details and controls. We honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable to a covered practice. A general Do Not Track signal may not have a uniform legal meaning.
7 Automated systems
We use automated signals to identify suspicious payment attempts, account takeovers, abnormal downloads, spam, policy risks, ranking relevance, and content needing review. These systems may delay a payment, request verification, limit a session, or refer a matter for human review. We do not intend to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects where prohibited. You may contact support to request review of a consequential restriction.
8 Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal duties, disputes, security, and enforcement. Account information remains while the account is active. After a verified closure request, the account is disabled and ordinary data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized within approximately 30 days.
Residual backup copies may remain isolated for up to 90 days. Orders, licenses, invoices, payments, refunds, taxes, Wallet activity, withdrawals, consents, and related financial records are generally retained for seven years after the relevant fiscal year or relationship, and longer if an audit, dispute, legal hold, fraud investigation, or law requires it. Minimal entitlement records may remain so prior buyers can prove licenses and access purchases.
Support and moderation records are retained according to issue severity, generally up to three years after closure, while intellectual-property, fraud, chargeback, or litigation records may remain through the applicable limitation period. Public contributions may be deleted or anonymized when an account closes unless retention is necessary for transaction integrity, legal claims, or the rights of others.
9 Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, encryption in transit, restricted storage, logging, provider due diligence, signed download links, and incident procedures. No service can guarantee absolute security. You must protect credentials and notify support promptly of suspected compromise.
If a breach creates a legally reportable risk, we will notify authorities and affected individuals within applicable deadlines and provide information reasonably needed to protect them.
10 Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, obtain portability, opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, limit use of sensitive information, appeal a denial, and complain to a regulator. You will not receive unlawful discrimination for exercising a right.
Submit a request through My Account Privacy Center when available or email privacy@godesignsmarket.com. Describe the request and account email. We verify identity proportionately and may request additional information without asking for a password or full payment credential. An authorized agent may act where law permits, subject to authority and identity verification.
We respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information cannot be deleted when needed for completed transactions, licenses, security, legal duties, claims, or the rights of others. Withdrawing consent affects future processing and does not invalidate prior lawful processing. Marketing preferences may also be changed through the unsubscribe link.
11 US state disclosures
During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described above: identifiers; customer and commercial records; internet or network activity; approximate geolocation; professional or business information for designers; payment-related information handled through providers; user content; and inferences concerning security or marketplace preferences. We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Policy.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly process the personal information of users under 18 because the service is restricted to adults. If our practices change, we will provide the notices and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable state law.
12 European and international rights
Where European data-protection law applies, you may contact the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, workplace, or place of an alleged infringement. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for optional processing. International transfers are handled as described above.
GoDesignsMarket may provide additional country or regional notices when necessary. Mandatory local rights supplement this Policy and prevail over an inconsistent limitation.
13 Children
The service is for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child created an account or provided information, contact privacy@godesignsmarket.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
14 Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as services, providers, or laws change. Material updates will be posted and, when appropriate, sent to the account email before taking effect. The prior version and effective date may be retained for accountability.
