Overview

Last updated October 6 2026. This Designer Agreement applies to every person or legal entity that applies to sell, or sells, digital products on GoDesignsMarket ("designer", "you"). It complements the Terms and Conditions, the License Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy, which also apply to you. If this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions conflict on a matter that concerns designers, this Agreement controls for that matter.

By submitting a store application, checking the acceptance box, or publishing a product, you accept this Agreement. If you act for a business, you represent that you may bind it.

1 Applying and opening a store

You must hold a GoDesignsMarket account with a confirmed email address before applying. The application asks for your full name, main category, portfolio or existing store links, store name, store URL, country of residence, preferred payout method, and the reason you want to sell. GoDesignsMarket reviews each application manually and normally responds within 48 business hours. Approval is discretionary; a rejected applicant may apply again after addressing the reasons given.

Each person or legal entity may operate one store at launch, as its sole owner. Your store URL is permanent once approved. You may request a change of store name up to two times per calendar year; GoDesignsMarket reviews each request within five business days, and the URL never changes.

You must keep your account secure, your payout information accurate, and your contact email active. You may not transfer, sell, or lend your store or account.

2 Product requirements

Every product must be your original work or work you are fully authorized to license, and must meet the requirements shown in the product form, including:

• A title of up to 60 characters and an accurate English description of up to 13,000 characters. Spanish title, description, and tags are optional; English is used where Spanish is missing.
• One to ten preview images in a 3:2 ratio, at least 750 × 500 pixels, in JPG or PNG format, that accurately represent the files delivered.
• Up to five downloadable ZIP files of up to 200 MB each, or another delivery method GoDesignsMarket authorizes for your store, containing exactly what the description promises.
• The correct category and subcategory, the included file formats, at least one tag, and a truthful declaration of origin, including whether artificial intelligence was used to create any element.
• A price of at least US $1.50, unless the product is marked as free. The Commercial License is always included in the price. You may include the Extended Commercial License at no extra cost or offer it at a higher complete price; the suggested Extended price is eight times the base price.

A bundle must contain at least four of your own published individual products. If a product included in a bundle stops being available, the bundle may be archived.

Products must not be illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, hateful, sexually explicit or exploitative, privacy-invasive, or designed to move transactions off the platform.

3 Your content and the license you grant us

You keep ownership of your products. You grant GoDesignsMarket a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, display, translate platform fields, demonstrate, market, and deliver your products, previews, store name, logo, banner, and descriptions as reasonably needed to operate and promote the marketplace. This includes search results, category pages, newsletters, social media, advertising, affiliate materials, and the Promote materials generated for your store.

You authorize GoDesignsMarket to grant buyers and members, on your behalf, the licenses described in the License Terms. Licenses already granted survive the removal of a product or the closure of your store, and buyers keep access to files they acquired, except where access must be blocked for legal, security, or infringement reasons.

You warrant that you own or control all rights needed for every element you upload, including fonts, graphics, photographs, brushes, textures, and AI tools whose terms allow commercial resale, and that your products do not infringe the rights of any third party.

4 Membership program

Every eligible paid individual product participates in the GoDesignsMarket membership. Eligible bundles participate in the annual membership. You may not exclude approved products from the program. Free products do not participate.

Each member's membership payment, after payment-processor fees and any buyer-referral commission, is divided 50 percent to the designer pool and 50 percent to GoDesignsMarket. That member's pool is divided equally among the days of the paid period (the days of the month for monthly plans and the days of the year for annual plans). Each day's amount is shared equally among the paid products that member downloaded for the first time that day.

• A product generates pool earnings only once per member, ever, even if the membership ends and is later reactivated.
• When an annual member downloads a bundle, each included product the member had not previously downloaded counts as one download.
• Products the member already purchased, and products from the member's own store, do not generate pool earnings.
• If a member downloads nothing on a day, that day's amount remains with GoDesignsMarket and is not redistributed.
• Products archived or removed by GoDesignsMarket stop generating pool earnings immediately.

Each member's day closes at midnight in the member's local time zone, fixed at purchase or renewal. Pool earnings are credited to your Wallet when that day closes.

5 Earnings from sales

Your earnings are calculated on the net amount of each sale: the price actually paid for your product after any discount or coupon, minus the payment-processor fee (currently 2.9% + US $0.30 for Stripe and 3.49% + US $0.49 for PayPal, prorated among the products of the order). The US $0.20 small-order fee belongs to GoDesignsMarket and is not shared. When a buyer redeems points, GoDesignsMarket absorbs their value; your earnings are calculated on the price before points.

Your share of the net amount depends on whether the sale involves a buyer referral (RC) or a seller referral (RV):

A seller referral applies only if a valid referral code was entered in your store application, and lasts 12 months from the approval of your store. When it expires, its percentage passes to you. A buyer referral never applies to products from the referrer's own store. Your designer panel shows, for each sale, the price, the total commissions deducted, and your earnings.

6 Wallet and withdrawals

All your earnings, from sales, the membership pool, and any referral commissions, are credited to a single Wallet.

• Sale earnings remain pending for 7 days, which serves as the refund window, and then become available. Pool earnings are available when each member's day closes.
• The minimum withdrawal is US $25. A fee of 2% of the requested amount is deducted from each withdrawal; GoDesignsMarket absorbs the PayPal or Payoneer transfer fee.
• Withdrawals are paid to the PayPal or Payoneer account in your settings, one active request at a time, normally within seven business days after the request. The requested amount is deducted from your Wallet when you submit the request. You may also enable automatic withdrawal when your balance reaches an amount you choose.
• Each paid withdrawal generates a receipt that is sent to you by email and remains available in your panel.
• Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related earnings. A negative balance blocks withdrawals and is offset automatically against future earnings. GoDesignsMarket may hold specific earnings while a particular investigation, dispute, chargeback, legal duty, or provider restriction is unresolved, and may verify your identity and payout account before paying.

You are responsible for declaring and paying the taxes that apply to your income in your country of residence. GoDesignsMarket may request tax or identity information required by law or by its payment providers and may withhold amounts when the law requires it.

7 Promotions

You may create sales (automatic percentage or fixed discounts on all or selected products, with dates) and coupons (codes of 4 to 20 letters or numbers, with an optional minimum purchase and usage limit). Percentage discounts must be between 1% and 90%. No discount may reduce a product below US $1.50. Your earnings are calculated on the final discounted price. Free products and memberships do not participate in store promotions.

8 Reviews and buyer communication

Buyers and members who accessed a product may publish one review per product. You may publish one public reply per review of up to 1,000 characters, but you may not edit or remove reviews, offer incentives for positive reviews, or retaliate against a reviewer. Support for orders and files is handled through GoDesignsMarket; you may not ask buyers to pay or communicate outside the platform.

9 Policy violations and intellectual property

When GoDesignsMarket receives a credible claim or detects a breach, it may archive the product and open a policy violation, which you will see in Legal & Policy → Policy Violations with the reason and the deadline.

• You have 15 business days to act. You may use a single edit of the product, which GoDesignsMarket reviews before the product can be restored, or open a dispute with a reason of at least 50 characters and up to five evidence files. Editing a product is not an admission of infringement.
• While the edit or the dispute is under review, the product cannot be edited, published, or deleted.
• If you do not act within the deadline, the product is removed.
• For formal copyright notices, seriously unlawful content, or urgent risk, GoDesignsMarket may remove a product immediately.
• Bundles that include an archived product are archived with it and restored if the product is restored.

GoDesignsMarket keeps a record of each violation. Repeated violations are reviewed by a person and may lead to suspension or closure of the store; there is no automatic suspension.

You may report infringements of your own intellectual property, inside or outside GoDesignsMarket, through Report Infringement in your panel. Knowingly false reports or disputes may lead to suspension and legal liability. Counter-notices for copyright removals follow the Terms and Conditions.

10 Suspension and termination

GoDesignsMarket may warn you, restrict functions, archive products, hold specific earnings, suspend, or close your store for breach of this Agreement or the Terms and Conditions, fraud, infringement, risk to buyers, provider instructions, or legal requirements. While a store is suspended, you can view your panel but cannot publish or edit products, create promotions, or request withdrawals. When appropriate, GoDesignsMarket will explain the general reason and give you an opportunity to correct or appeal.

11 Closing your store

You may request the closure of your account from Settings by confirming your password. GoDesignsMarket reviews each request within five business days, after checking pending balances, open disputes, and active licenses. Available earnings are paid after the applicable clearing periods; valid debts survive closure. Buyers keep access to what they acquired, and the files needed for that access are retained.

12 Changes and contact

GoDesignsMarket may update this Agreement prospectively and will notify you of material changes by email or in your panel before they take effect. Continuing to sell after the effective date means you accept the updated Agreement; if you do not agree, you may close your store. Changes to commission percentages never apply to sales already recorded.
