1. What Dollar Deals is

Dollar Deals is a monthly GoDesignsMarket ("GDM") event in which participating designers offer selected bundles at a promotional price of $1.00 per bundle, for a limited time and in limited quantities.
These terms supplement the Terms and Conditions, the Designer Agreement and the affiliate program rules. If there is a conflict, these terms govern event purchases and sales.

Each edition runs on the dates published on the event page, in US Eastern Time (ET).
Each bundle is limited to 500 copies at the promotional price. Once sold out, it is no longer available at that price. Reservations are not possible.
GDM may modify, postpone or cancel an edition, or remove bundles from the event, for operational, legal or security reasons.

You can buy with a GDM account or as a guest.
Each buyer may purchase 1 copy of each bundle per edition. GDM may verify this by account, email address and payment method, and may cancel purchases that exceed this limit.
Orders under $5 include the operational fee shown at checkout.
Buyers with an account earn and may redeem points under the points program rules, unless GDM states otherwise for an edition.
Each product in a bundle comes with its own license under the GDM License Terms.

Dollar Deals purchases are final. Refunds are issued only if a file is damaged, cannot be downloaded, or is materially different from its description, and the buyer reports it to support within 7 days of purchase.
A refund cancels the license and access to the files of the refunded order.

Before disputing a charge with your bank or PayPal, please contact support so we can resolve it.
If a dispute is opened, GDM may suspend access to downloads and new purchases for the account, or for the email address and payment method used, while it is investigated.
If the dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, the license and access to the order's files are cancelled. In cases of fraud or repeated disputes, GDM may close the account.
GDM may cancel orders for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Monthly subscribers may download up to 5 event bundles per edition with their membership; additional bundles are purchased at the promotional price.
Annual members access event bundles according to their plan.
Membership downloads follow the subscription rules and do not count toward the event copy limit.

Participation is voluntary. By enrolling bundles, the designer accepts these terms.
Payment: the designer receives $0.35 for each copy sold at the promotional price. This fixed amount is an exception to the minimum percentage in the Designer Agreement and applies only to event sales. Each edition's amount is published before enrollment opens and does not change once enrollment is open.
Subscription downloads are paid under the normal subscription pool rules.
Event earnings remain pending and are released on the release date published for each edition (November 30, 2026).
If a sale is refunded or lost to a chargeback, the corresponding amount is deducted from pending earnings or from the available balance, even if this results in a negative balance, and is recovered from future earnings.
From the close of enrollment until the end of the event, enrolled bundles cannot be deleted, archived or moved to drafts, and their regular price and included products cannot be changed. Designers may still edit descriptions and images and replace files. Buyers keep their access.
Buying your own bundles or manipulating sales or rankings results in disqualification and loss of the event earnings.

On event sales, the buyer referral (RC) commission is 10% and the seller referral (RV) commission is 5% of the net amount, instead of the usual rates.
Event commissions remain pending until the release date published for each edition (November 30, 2026) and are reversed if the sale is refunded or lost to a chargeback.
Self-referrals are not allowed.
